Students of SCS have every right to a decent public school education regardless of their zip code. Frank hopes to use schools as the center of the community as they were at one point. We hope to use existing schools to provide wrap-around services for families in need as well as in GED and skill training centers. Instead of closing schools, we want to reinvest and provide services through those schools.
